Rates and Availability - Summer 2025

Summer rental weeks run Sat-Sat, Check in after 3:00pm and check out by 10:00am the following Saturday. Renters pay 1/2 upon booking, then the balance + 8% Tax, and $250 security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. Security deposits refunded 10 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and if within 60 days of arrival you cancel your reservation, we can attempt to re-rent the house for the same week and price. If we’re successful in re-renting the house (we usually are) you may be entitled to a refund of all monies paid. If we rent the house for less, the difference will be deducted from your refund. A sixty (60) day advance notice is required for cancellation.

 

Rates and Availability - URI - Fall 2025 - Spring 2026

URI Rental for 2025-2026 is $5,512.50 per person per semester (based on 3-person occupancy) and includes ALL utilities - Heat/Electric, Water, Trash, Verizon FIOS Cable TV and Wireless Internet *

* 2025-2026 URI School year runs from Sept 1st 2025 to May 20th, 2026. First payment due August 1st, Balance December 1st and INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES - Heat, Electric, Hot Water, Internet, Trash, and Cable TV.
